I ordered 6 chicken soft tacos 3 beef soft tacos and 2 orders of the cheesecake bites. Within 2 mins I was on the toilet. Nasusa as can be. My poor boyfriend is still throwing up. We didn't eat the same meet but poor thing ate all his food . He is sicker then hell right now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Went for lunch 12 noon on Wensday 5/30/2018 I stop at McDonald's in Ahwatukee Foothills
Order a Fish Fillet sandwich had lunch and back to work. Later that evening as I arrived to my side job around 4:20 pm is when I started feeling sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a whopper, probably an hour later I started to feel dizzy, I felt nauseous, and my stomach started to hurt. I first vomited at 10:30 then again around 4:00 in the morning, it was a nightmare! I bought my sandwiches from Subway , and I got sick the same night I ate the sandwich, then I saved the other sandwich, not thinking it was the sandwich, I got sick the next day also. So I believe it was the sandwiches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
