I ordered 6 chicken soft tacos 3 beef soft tacos and 2 orders of the cheesecake bites. Within 2 mins I was on the toilet. Nasusa as can be. My poor boyfriend is still throwing up. We didn't eat the same meet but poor thing ate all his food . He is sicker then hell right now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Went for lunch 12 noon on Wensday 5/30/2018 I stop at McDonald's in Ahwatukee Foothills
Order a Fish Fillet sandwich had lunch and back to work. Later that evening as I arrived to my side job around 4:20 pm is when I started feeling sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
