Order two bowls, one with chicken and one veggie. My two kids were fine as they had a veggie bowl. I had chicken in mine and have been up since 4am with stomach cramps, vomiting and fever.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate the Crispy chicken combo meal. i had all the symptoms :( almost immediately i felt so full and threw up i assumed it was bc i ate too fast but i threw up all night. had a high fever and was extremely dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a Costco hot dog on Saturday. 6 hours later I was nauseous and not feeling well. That night and most of the ne t day were spent with explosive case of the runs. Worst food poisoning ever. No more Costco dogs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
