I had two spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch and don’t eat breakfast. I started to feel sick around 7pm. Had diarrhea and continued to have diarrhea the next 36 hours. Vomited violently and had a 101 degree fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Thursday my food smelled like an old mopped floor. I ate it and had violent chills and very sick. Everything came out. Although I am ok now, I am worried and will never do that again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate a chicken burrito around 8 pm on December 19, 2017. Burrito had brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, pick de gallo, hot salsa and sour cream. I woke up with stomach pains around 3 am and then at 5 am was on the toilet which lasted most of that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
