Experienced vomiting and diarrhea approximately 4 hours after eating a Jacks frozen pizza. It happened on 6/25/21
Update: I'll be throwing those out. Just haven't felt well enough to do that. I'm feeling a little better now. Still weak but getting there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness

I had a combo of a chicken taco, chicken tamale and rice and beans, around 8pm. The tamale tasted funky. After my meal, I felt super queasy but managed to fall asleep. I woke up around 3:30am with terrible reflux, gas, and nausea and was in the bathroom til 5 in the morning. No vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Acid reflux

Ate a soft taco supreme, Gordita crunch and Dorito loco taco around 5pm. Tasted a little off, didn’t think anything of it. Stomach cramps around 12am, running to bathroom by 8am, vomiting by 11am with indigestion all day long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Indigestion
