Ate part of a turkey leg and a corn on the cob from a cart at here on June 13th Had severe diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days alond with fever and chills. Only other things eaten that day were a churro and a frozen lemonade.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

I am still recovering from almost a month ago. Initially a greenish grey diarrhea for a week or so then on and off bowel movement. Mostly soft and small wasn’t able to form a proper poop for at least another 2 weeks. Then mostly just nausea and occasional diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Green Stool
