Lunch today. Burrito with: double chicken. White rice. Veg onions peppers. Picodaguo. Green salsa. Half sour cream. Small chips. Diet Pepsi. Ate around 11 am. Started bowel trouble around 6 pm then 8pm. Bad Diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had a barbacoa burrito with brown rice, both beans, corn salsa, lettuce and cheese. Symptoms started at 5:15am diarrhea and vomiting. My husband also had a burrito but not barbacoa and is not having any symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My family and I ate hamburgers from McDonalds and a few hours later, we started vomiting and having diarrhea. I felt like I threw up a lung! It was the worst experience I've ever had. I am never eating there again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
