I had ordered a 10pc chicken nugget, a cup of chilli, and a baked potato. after eating and later in the day i took a nap and woke up with severe bloating and nausea, and had diarrhea. i believe it was the chilli or the nuggets that caused it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Bloating
