We ordered a large pepperoni pizza an order of garlic bread chicken wings 6 sides ranch, anchovies. The only common food that was eaten was the pepperoni pizza. The sides and the garlic bread was untouched.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
