I ordered a chicken meal with green avocado sauce on the side. As soon as I started consuming the green avocado sauce I began having stomach pain & feeling nauseous. Had nothing to eat since lunch. Went to a movie at pacific theaters in the Americana. Got a pretzel w/ cheese & popcorn w/ butter. Started eating at around 7:15pm

Ordered the Greek salad and luleh kabob around 4pm. 12 hours later got cold sweats and woke up needing to use the bathroom + vomit. This went on for a full 24 hours and vomited over 30 times. Couldn't keep down water and felt very weak/dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
