Ate late lunch on 3/4/18. Roughly 5-6 hours later was overcome with intense nausea and vertigo and was forced to lay down to keep from vomiting. Stomach pains, nausea, and diarrhea persisted for the next day. I had only eaten a banana prior to eating here that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
