Bought creme brulee from their bakery case. Now, I realize that cockroaches are organic but REALLY I don't find them appetizing in my favorite dessert!!! This bug was actually burnt into the top with the sugar. Now I'm sick. Horrible to pay such high prices for bug infested food.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I ate a sofritas taco this morning at about 11 and about 6 hours later had terrible nausea. Then about an hour later I started throwing up so much. It’s so painful. DONT GO THERE!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Chicken and rice with pico  4 days, my son, that’s the only thing all week he ate different from the rest of us.  Fever, vomiting, diarrhea, worst I have ever seen.  Went to Dr then next day went to hospital.  ER said food poisoning.  Vomiting lasted 3 days, diarrhea more, fever 5 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
