Had a coffee milk tea on Sunday. Woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and with diarrhea all night. Same on Monday. Fever and Chills all of Tuesday. Wednesday now only starting to recuperate. I had lunch with my husband at the same place, but this is the only food item I had alone that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
