Within about an hour after eating half a slice of the Purple Potato pizza I was vomiting all over, doubled over in pain, explosive diarrhea. It was crazy and intense!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

Had a wonderful dinner and the staff were great but later that night I was feeling very unwell in addition to my brother and sister who were there as well. My brother and I threw up that night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Saturday 4/6 I'm pretty sure it was a decaf coffee from Philz coffee truck in SF. There was a TON of sweetener in it. I got the drink at 2.30pm. By 7pm that night I was very poorly, vomiting etc etc  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
