Saturday 4/6 I'm pretty sure it was a decaf coffee from Philz coffee truck in SF. There was a TON of sweetener in it. I got the drink at 2.30pm. By 7pm that night I was very poorly, vomiting etc etc  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Ordered crab with mussels and shrimp sizzling plate. Ate it yesterday even and by last night, started feeling sick.
