my daughter had fries & a burger at around 10:30 11pm then she wokeup at 6am so sick headache, dizzy, stomach pain, throwing up & having diarrhea . went to the ER was diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis … she’s really weak , slurr speech keep throwing up & her head hurts constantly  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Gas, Dizziness

I ate sofritas tacos at about 8:30pm - flour tortillas, black beans, sofritas, cheese, lettuce, & corn. I started getting stomach cramps around 1:15am & threw up all of the food around 1:30am  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps

the last thing i ate was in this place and after that i got sick and threw up twice i got a quesarito and 4 spicy potato soft tacos without the chipotle sauce and i ate two of the tacos and the quesarito before getting full. a while after that i got sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
