contacted that place when they opened Sunday at 1:30, I spoke to the manager. I told her what had happened and she was going to give my information to the General Manager, and have him call me on Monday 8/9/21. I never received a call as of 8/17/21. Contaminated condiments. I ordered fried onion rings which were served with packets of Heinz ketchup. The exterior of the packet was sticky. had been reused without even bothering to rinse them off before serving them to me. The failure to cleanse the packets allowed bacteria to grow. While reusing unopened packets is common in lower quality restauurants, I expected they would care enough about their reputation, and their custmers well being not to engage in risky practices. Very easy way to spread hepatitis, as well as many other contagious diseases I was the only one in a party of two who got sick.  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

calamari had not been rinsed under cold, running water prior to being cooked. There was a faint taste and smell of spoiled seafood. My friend's salmon had suffered a similar fate. I became ill about 12 hours later: fever, nausea, vomiting. Slightly better now after a very miserable morning and afternoon. My friend did not report any ill effects. My meal was apparently cross contaminated with fecal bacteria, either by raw poultry in the kitchen prep areas and/or by staff failing to properly cleanse their hands. The restrooms were blocked, at that time, by numerous propane tanks that were in the hallway. Hopefully staff were able to cleanse their hands else where. 12th at around 3:30 pm. They were delivered in a foil container sitting on a bed of ice. I drove it five minutes home in a cooler and ate them on the patio with the lemons squeezed on. I was the only one who ate them and the poke. At around 8 or so, my stomach felt a little odd, but I thought it was gas. At around 10 pm, symptoms started. Sharp, painful stomach cramps like stabbing, waves of nausea,.doubled over on toilet and first normal stool, then when I thought it was over, it kept coming back more and more watery and foul.
