February 18th I had chow Mein orange chicken and broccoli beef and then I find myself vomiting at 4:00 AM and then again at 6:00 AM and have chills stomach pain slight headache and general nausea for the whole day after feels like it has to have been the Panda Express  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Ate 2 fish tacos and chips and salsa and had a coconut margarita and a spicy pineapple drink. Got violently ill ca 6 hours later. If this isn't the cause, then Mexibowls from the barrio food court is to blame, which I had the night before.
