Ate an order of carnitas tacos from chipotle, and woke up the next day with a very high fever, nausea and severe GI distress. The meal at chipotle was the only meal I had eaten separately from the rest of my family, who didn’t get sick, so it seems very clear Chipotle was the culprit  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
