Ordered a large Grape Slush with Nerds and about 5 hours later I got nauseous and started throwing up with really uncomfortable stomach cramps. As of currently now I have a headache and chills and I'm unsure if I will still get nauseous and vomit but I still have diarrhea that hasn't gone away.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ate a spring roll and a small amount of orange chicken. About 30 minutes after I started feeling nauseous and around 2 hours after eating I started vomiting and having diarrhea. I now have chills, vomiting and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

12/31/23 Steak bowl from Chipotle. I had a steak bowl and my wife had a chicken bowl and did not get sick.. On December 31, 2023 I ordered a steak bowl and ended up with severe food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
