I got a bowl of Chow Mein and Orange Chicken. About 2 hours after eating I was nauseous. The day after I felt fine until I was gassy, bloated, and had diarrhea. I also threw up multiple times and it is not fun. Moral of the story. Orange chicken is not my go to anymore.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas

I ate a big mac and fries for lunch on 1/3/2024. About 2 hours after eating I had a BM with great urgency. Later that evening I started to have frequent Cramps, Excessive Gas, frequent Diarrhea with mucus, and feeling that I need to still go after the bowel is empty. I got a sofritas bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild sauce, sour cream, and lettuce on Monday. After a about 2 hours, diarrhea started followed by throwing up and heaving. Today os Wednesday, I still have diarrhea and I haven’t eaten since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
