Had a frisco melt and stopped eating it 4 bites in because it was so greasy and tasted off. I have had diarrhea and vomiting since 8am. I’m almost positive it was the meat and/or lettuce. I just now stopped throwing and having diarrhea and its almost 1:30pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
