I ordered a chicken sandwich and after three bites I told my friend it tasted spoiled. I didn't finish it and about 20-30 min later my stomach was in pain. I had diarrhea for hours and threw up numerous times that night and the following morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Had mushroom, noodle, and chicken from Mongolian place in terminal D near gate 37. This was the only meal my wife and I didn't share. Presented 8 hours later in form of watery diarrhea and severe abdominal cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Once I started eating it my stomach was ok but I woke up at 11:47pm and got sick and I didn't go back to sleep until 1pm.I ordered mac and cheese and cheese, potato wedges and crispy chicken meal.I will never again eat KFC  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The food had no taste. Shortly after, I began to feel nauseous. I thru up all day. I had really bad stomach cramps and a few hours later I got diarrhea. I also couldn't breath at one point and I felt really dizzy. So disgusted!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness

Waitress mixed up my order after I asked if it was medium well, ordered a medium well and she served me a medium. I did not notice until I was half way through the steak that I saw the blood.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
