Had food around 12pm EST, had a sweet and smoky burger with fries. I ate at a Subway in the MIA airport at around 10:00 p.m. I flew to Panama at around 8:00 a.m. and began feeling sick on the plane. By the time I arrived at my hotel I had severe nausea and diarrhea along with hot and cold flashes and fatigue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I have been eating Trader Joe Salads all week and many of them contain raw walnuts or other type of nuts. I became very ill yesterday evening but I had a different Trader Joe Salad everyday this week.
