Ate lemon pepper fish with cilantro rice & romaine salad on Tuesday 4-17-2018. Got sick with diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps and lightheaded Wednesday 4-18-2018. It is now 4:10 Saturday 4-21-2018 and still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Lightheaded

Ordered buffalo chicken wrap. Last bite of first half of wrap was large hunk of chicken, during mid chew texture was rubbury cartilage like. With portions swallowed at that point it was too late.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered the Daves Double with fries and a Coke. I did feel nauseas that night but the vomiting started at 12 30 in the morning. It continued the rest of the night and I vomited about 15 to 20 times and could not sleep untill 7 in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
