Ate their meat pizza from food court area. Got cramps not long after and threw up violently all night. Intestinal cramping so far no diarrhea. Vomited so hard it did something to my throat, Voice sounds rough.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Had their food Thursday evening and a few hours later vomited for 5 hours. Then followed by diarrhea for the next day. Had to go to the hospital for an IV of nausea medication and fluids. DO NOT eat here.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
