I’m not a frequent fast food eater but last night I was craving. I ate 1chalupa with sour cream and 2cinnabon delights. It wasn’t that good. My stomachs currently feels discomfort and I have diarrhea and I feel nauseous  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Not sure The next day around 11 am in the morning. I drank some hot water and hot lemon tea. It caused lots of smelly belching and passing of flatus at first, then the diarrhea started and slight headache with terrible stomach pains and l am still going right now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Burping

Ate a #5 from there. And within 5 minutes after eating my stomach started cramping up. I started to feel nauseous and then I went to the bathroom at home. And its been going on for 5 hours.
