Last Thursday , the 22nd my son eat a Salami sandwich.
Saturday morning he started vomiting , and had diarrhea for 7 hours, I took him to the ER.
He was administered an IV with fluids , received CTA scan , and was diagnosed with E.Coli , infection/inflammation in colon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

2 fish tacos  I only ate guacamole chips and 2 fish tacos. Within 30 minutes after arriving home 2 mins away, the vomiting and diarrhea started, then sweats, then feeling very weak.

Ordered a large pizza with Italian sausage pepperoni and ham and have diarrhea the next morning.the pizza was all I had that day so I know that’s what caused it and inff do nit think that store is very clean and I see they had a violation… See more
