I got home from work with my food which was a foot long flatbread with oven roasted chicken and pepperoni like usual and was all fine and dandy. I took a nap and since waking up I have felt nauseous, even with drinking water.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Chicken ,coleslaw  I got the chicken supreme meal with coleslaw and everyone else ate biscuits it started 47 mins after eating bad stomach pains nausea cold sweats then vomiting followed by diarrhea lasted until 3 pm which I got my food around 10:30 am IM starting to feel better Slowly   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain

Ate dinner here on Dec 16, 2020. I remember eating shrimp and one particular shrimp tasted “off.”
7 hours later I woke up to extreme nausea and headache. Began vomiting and experienced horrible chills, fatigue and nausea for the next 12 hours. Couldn’t even hold water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Fatigue

Not sure The next day around 11 am in the morning. I drank some hot water and hot lemon tea. It caused lots of smelly belching and passing of flatus at first, then the diarrhea started and slight headache with terrible stomach pains and l am still going right now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Burping
