I visited the cook out restaurant yesterday and an hour afterwards I started feeling stomach pains. This morning I woke up very fatigued and I have been experiencing nausea, vomiting and diarrhea all day today. I can't keep anything down and I have a feeling of general malaise.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Stomach Pain

I had a burger on Monday and started vomiting with diarrhea on Tuesday. The food never digested. It's Saturday and I still feel terrible. Constipation, gas, and continuous burping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Constipation, Burping

Ate chicken fingers, fries, and a milkshake on a Sunday night. The next day, had to go home early from work because my stomach was so unsettled. Took the entire next day off work and had diarrhea and fever. A friend of mine at a burger and had similar symptoms, but with vomiting as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Chicken Sandwich, 22 August 2017, symptoms started four hours later, still have very painful intermittent abdominal pain two days later (every ten minutes to half hour for 3-6 minutes), will schedule with doctor if it does not clear up by tonight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had a chicken drumstick at Whole Foods and girlfriend pointed out that it was really pink. 2-3 hrs later the worst stomach pain occured all night. Only got 2 hrs of sleep. Feeling slightly better, might go to the doctors later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

Around 7pm on 7/14/17 I ate a Spicy chicken sandwich combo and a vanilla frosty. Around 10pm the same night my stomach started bowel cramping and i felt nauseous. About 9am on 7/15/17 i started having diarrhea, within minutes i was vomiting. Thats all i had eaten yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I went by my local McDonald’s 8/10/17 with my girlfriend. We both got the new chicken Tenders with no drink and no fries. One day later we both have diarrhea. My Tenders were still raw inside.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
