My family ate Kirkland beef lasagna last night and my father is vomiting and has liquid diarrhea. My sister also has loose stool. I am taking my dad to the ER as soon as he can get off the toilet. I don't like lasagna so I didn't have any and I am fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

love this place. food tasted ok and staff and service and ambiance is so friendly. but I'm so ill after eating very oily veggie fajitas. chips tasted a little rancid too. I suspect it was the oil  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Saturday for lunch. Had Jr. bacon cheeseburger, curly fries, one taco, and coke. In the middle of the night had a lot of diarrhea and severe vomiting. Also had a fever. My brother had similar food, but not the curly fries. He did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
