While on layover at Midway Airport. I purchased a chicken club sandwich from Hubbard's inn 5 hours later I had gut-wrenching pain diarrhea and vomiting. Property West in about 20 hours the diarrhea is still occurring  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a spicy chicken sandwhich and 8 count nugget and got hit 6 hours later with violent nausea and vomiting. my friend had aten 3 spicy chicken strips and got sick at the same exact time as I did. They must have used bad chicken or left it out and still served it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
