Chili’s chicken fajitas, I orderd Chilis chicken fajitas, and so did my husband. We got done eating and went home. Starting experiamcing symptoms about 30 minutes to an hour later. Symptoms include diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Ate a filet -o-fish combo at 12:15 pm March 6 and started feeling nauseous about an hour after I ate. Had multiple episodes of diarrhea, nausea, chills and fever. 24 hours later still only able to sip liquids, no solid food. Dr says food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
