I ordered a protein lifestyle bowl yesterday. Shortly after eating it. I began feeling bloated and started to feel slight stomach pains. I had cramping and diarrhea. Feel slightly better today cramping is gone but my stomach is still upset.

I got a chicken, rice, corn salsa and sour cream bowl. To say the least i’ve been sick nonstop since eating it and can not stop throwing up. I still had some left and noticed the chicken was not cooked all the way.

I ate a Chicken burrito bowl with white rice, both beans, tomato salsa, hot sauce and lettuce + guac and chips. Was sick within an hour, severe cramps, nausea, vomiting all night and morning and slight fever. Ate the night of 6/29/21
