I ordered a burrito bowl w beef, brown rice, cheese, corn, and lettuce around 7pm on Mon Nov 19. By midnight I was vomiting uncontrollably. Went to urgent care for fluids  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Me and my family had Churros from of the shops there. It was on Friday 11/16/18. The shop was facing west and was in the middle row, not on the outskirts. We have vomiting, diarrhea, fever and nausea. This is horrible. I just hope no else gets sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
