Had the orange chicken with fried rice along with soup. Felt stomach ache that night. Next morning I woke up feverish with uncontrollable diarrhea body aches  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Dark chicken rotisserie meal with mashed potatoes and corn as sides (drive through). Ate the meal around 9pm on Monday, May 7, 2018. Began feeling nauseated around 3am. Subsequent symptoms included terrible diarrhea, fatigue, headache, and severe abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain

I was in Penn Station on 04/18/18. I ordered a 6 inch Philly Cheesesteak with everything but pizza sauce. I hadn't eaten anything that day but the sandwich. I was fine until later on into the early hours of 04/19 about 2 am. I woke up with bad stonach  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I both ate at the East Washington Street Mccallisters Indianapolis Indiana. We both had the Pecan Berry salad mine was spinach and his was spring mix and I am fine. We also had the Garden turkey sandwich again I am fine but not sure if his turkey could have been bad. Thank you.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the baconator around 3pm today 04-26-18. Shortly after, i started experiencing nausea and a headache with shivers then i went running to the rest room and vomit everything. I fell asleep and then 2 hours later a pain in my lower belly woke me up… See more
