Roast beef sandwich from there Husband and I ate the exact same thing today EXCEPT dinner. I had an roast beef sandwich around 2:30pm then at 7:30pm I felt sick...5 minutes later I was vomiting....then have had diarrhea for the last 4 hours

Two small cheeseburgers and a handful of spicy chicken mcnuggets - within 30 minutes I felt more nauseated than I'd felt since I had the flu in 2017. I didn't vomit, but the nausea came and went multiple times. Diarrhea is on the way, also, I can tell.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
