My husband went and got breakfast the morning of Sunday September 15th. We not got egg McMuffins. But yesterday evening our stomachs were cramping and the nausea began. I don't know. Had late yesterday afternoon - cheese pizza; but also had double cheese burger same day, Just myself. Symptoms began shortly after I ate the sandwich. I was drinking Vitamin Water too which seemed to aggravate it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
