I’ve had what appeared to be food poisoning twice after eating at Mellow Mushroom. The first time it was after eating a sandwich, and the second time was after eating pizza. Both times I had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea about 8-10 hours after eating. Haven’t been back since.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
