Purchased a prepackaged salad from the Kroger deli, consumed the night after, about 11 pm. Woke up for work the next morning with black stools, nausea, vomiting, cramping, and blurry vision. Had to leave work and go home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Blurry vision, Cramps

chicken burrito, stomach pain quickly after eating and intense vomitting/diarrhea off and on for 6 hours. This place has an obvious system problem with food storage or preparation making them prone to preformed toxin food poisoning.

I ate there on Tuesday November 27th. I ordered orange chicken. The lady working there mentioned they had a grease fire earlier that money. By 2:30 I had the worse stomach pains ever. By 4 the diarrhea started and by 9 the vomiting started.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
