I had many habenero, Cajun, and bbq wings - I always get spicy wings and never had a problem before. I woke up at 3am but was just uncomfortable. I woke up again at 4 am and was so sick! I haven’t been able to even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a meat eaters pizza (red sauce, mozzarella, meatballs, pepperoni, red onions). Within about two hours, I was very sick. Severe vomiting, diarrhea. So nauseous I couldn't stand up for more than a minute or so. Absolutely miserable for a couple of hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
