Ordered Jasper pizza, contained spicy chicken sausage mozzarella cheese, mushroom, and red sauce. Consumed around 4:45pm. Woke up 3am with a highly painful abdominal feeling, went to to bathroom, solid stool became diarrhea that smelled like the chicken sausage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate around 6:00pm. I had a spicy CFA deluxe sandwich, a large fry, and a medium lemonade. At 10:50pm I had stomach pain, nausea, and a headache. I had diarrhea. I went to lay down after I finished. I got up again around 5 or so minutes after 11 and had diarrhea, again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache, Stomach Pain

Salad from take out service on Easter Sunday. I was throwing up had diarrhea that night and all day that Monday. son ate around 2pm and by 7:30 pm he was vomiting every 15 minutes .He continued vomiting until 4 am the next morning. He was so weak he couldnt walk to the bathroom to go to the toilet,so I carried him all night.He also developed diarrhea and stomach discomfort.He has been feeling tired and lethargic.
