About an hour after a sandwich for lunch and chicken noodle soup I had very severe diarrhea. Shortly after I started vomiting. The soup seemed to be what came back up while vomiting. Awful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Today 09/22/22 at 12:10 pm est., The meat did not taste right. The meat looked like watery slop and the lettuce were super soggy. My mom is having all the same symptoms we went together  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
