I ate the jimmy dean sausage cheese bagel sandwich. Only thing I ate at 9 am. By 11 I started having nausea, stomach pains and diarrhea, Its almost 4pm and it hasn't stopped yet

I ordered a vegetarian banzai burger on a brioche bun and a side salad with ranch dressing. A few hours after eating I had sharp abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. As far as I know the other two people I was dining with have not gotten sick.
