I ate a #9 with mayo and banana peppers. After eating I got a bad headache and started to feel onset chills then nausea. I ended up vomiting my guts out and got diarrhea at the same time. After I vomited, I felt much better. It was definitely the sub from mikes  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Had Steak Fajitas with all the fixings, including rice, pico de gallo, queso, grilled jalapeños, and peppers.

Within 3 hours, I was feverish and have been bed-ridden for 48 hours with diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever.

Chickfil a drive through. Picked up a Togo order of nuggets and s sandwich. Woke up at 2:00 am with vomiting, and later around 8:00 had fever, chills, and diarrhea.
