I ordered Chipotle catering back in March 2017 from the Norh Salisbury Chipotle in Maryland. 26 people ultimately became ill with Norovirus, ranging from diarrhea only to 2 individuals who had to go to ER . Symptoms were SEVERE diarrhea and vomiting, along with severe body aches.… See more

I ate a burrito bowl on Monday for lunch and by Tuesday morning I had a severe stomach ache. I was in pain all day and had to go to bed early to get relief. DIARRHEA FOR A WEEK. had to go to the emergency room. Happened after eating steak bowl at chipotle. Ate it for lunch, symptoms started that night. Got worse every day until I went to the er and got antibiotics. First thing the er doctor asked me is if I ate at chipotle. Never eating there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My boyfriend, my friend and I went to McDonald's and all got something with chicken. We ended up all getting sick that night. I was vomiting and couldn't stay off the toilet. Had the steak white rice bowl with mild and medium salsa, sour cream, corn, lettuce, & cheese. within the hour was feeling very nauseous. Had small case of diarrhea a few hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Ate around noon, by 430 or 5 I felt very nauseous. I took some nausea meds (prescription strength for migraines), and I think that prevented me from vomiting. I had horrific diarrhea the rest of the night. Stomach was queasy the next day too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Migraine
