Ordered a T5 (hard taco and nacho with ground beef) last night (Dec. 22, 2016). Got home and ate the taco and about 1/3 of the nacho around 10 pm. Woke up around midnight with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and within an hour a lot of vomiting.… See more

my whole family went to panara bread and we ate the broccoli chedder bread bowl and now we are all very sick my kids are vomiting and have the runs and so does me an my wife  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
