My 10 yr got sent home this morning with stomach pain. He did have Lucky Charms cereal this morning. Complaining of stomach ache and chest pain. Awaiting to see if he has anymore symptoms as the day goes on.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain
