I ate three cheesy double beef burritos early in the morning, and by 6 am I had severe food poisoning symptoms, namely severe stomach pain, severe diarrhea, fever, chills, and nausea, bordering on vomiting, but just short of actual vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills

Ate a hamburger about one month ago and was sick for a week with diarrhea, stomach cramps, flu-like body aches, a low grade fever and inability to eat or drink anything without stomach pain. I ate at Wendy's again today and am experiencing the same symptoms two 1/2 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Body Ache
