I had the Three cheese and chicken penne at applebees. I’ve never had any problems prior to this with their pasta but my friends have. My boyfriend and I both got it and both experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea all day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Additional information: I contacted the Minnesota department of health and summited an stool sample couldn't make it to hospital

Purchased 4 days ago I think. Last night Heinz brown gravy purchased at Walmart Albert Lea, MN About 4 hours later, he was able to have some weak tea and saltines. I gave him heating pad to rest on his abdomen and it helped. He slept 14 hours after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Shaking
