Within an hour of eating the scampi I felt sick. 3hrs later I was pooping & vomiting uncontrollably which after a few hours turned into puking and pooping blood. In bathroom for nearly 7 hrs straight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool

I purchased the creamy Good & Gather peanut butter from this location on 5/23. I have used it four times. Each time I developed nausea and vomiting. After the first time I used it, I got c. Diff. Not sure if it’s correlated but the nausea and vomiting is!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
